Chris Glover has served as the MPP of Spadina—Fort York for the past four years. As a former professor, TDSB Trustee and member of the Toronto Board of Health, Chris has fought for fair funding for our schools, and helped the City adopt a public health approach to reducing gun violence.
In our community, Chris was a teacher at Ryerson Public School and Central Tech, coached kid's soccer and hockey, and served on the Dufferin Grove Residents Association.
As the MPP, Chris' updates have become a trusted source of community news through the pandemic. Over the past two years, Chris helped start a food program that now feeds 1500 people per week, helped 5,000 Spadina-Fort York residents register for vaccines and delivered toys to 500 children during the holiday season.
Chris has been fighting for affordable housing, an end to homelessness, supports for small businesses and workers, and a just transition to a green economy.
